I have lived here for a month and my a.c. has went out 3 times my water heater went out my stove has had to be replaced 2 times and there is so many roaches that you can't even kill them all with boms and my car was broke into when i first moved here my advice to anyone is don't live here I signed a year's lease and can't even leave this is going to be a long a 11 months
George is great, and has great judge of character. He shows compassion to his tenants, and is very strict on security.
Havent had a chance to really enjoy. I just moved into one of these mobile homes
They can't fix nothingv right when it's cold the heat don't work and when they fix it it stop working and the same when it's not and there always a bad smell coming from under the trailer
